![]() After getting home I looked and can't find any indication there is any sort of recall on the LG V20. My phone was dead or i would have googled it on the spot. I asked if there was anywhere else nearby that has batteries for them and he re-iterated that there was a recall on the phone and there was a problem with the charging chip, not the batteries. He said that there was a recall on the phone and they can't get a battery for them. The sales associate came out and I asked if they had a battery for an LG V20. I was referred by best buy to them because i was finally fed up with the weak battery in my phone and they don't sell batteries. Justinīased on my first(and probably only) experience with this store it seems like a bad joke. In conclusion, My iPhone is now potentially salvageable, thanks to 2 employees take pride/integrity in their work. gurus until they got their hands on a repair kit.- Went into my settings and launched a secondary home button allowing me to navigate to my home screen. (Especially with customers having little to no experience regarding the inner workings of a cellular device).-While I did receive mostly bad news about my iPhone, they went the extra mile by reaching out to other tech. Using terms I could easily understand, they explained the reasoning for my failing phone components.-Never once attempted to take advantage of my situation by using upscale tactics like most employees would do. ![]() Shot me straight from the start without trying to confuse me with tech. ![]() *(My home button being the issue).*-Thorough examination at no charge. Prompt service, immediately began to troubleshoot my iPhone 6splus within 5 minutes of me walking in. ![]()
